Kevin McArthur, Executive Chair

Mr. McArthur is the founder of Tahoe Resources as well as Executive Chair. He is an experienced mining executive with more than 30 years in the industry in operational and senior management roles. Prior to forming Tahoe, Mr. McArthur was President and CEO of Goldcorp Inc. until his retirement at the end of 2008. This followed his 18 years at Glamis Gold Ltd., where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 until its acquisition by Goldcorp in November, 2006. Under his direction, Glamis grew from a junior company producing 100K oz./yr. to a +400k oz./yr. intermediate producer with 15m oz. of gold reserves. Prior to working with Glamis, Mr. McArthur held various operating and engineering positions with BP Minerals and Homestake Mining Company. He holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the University of Nevada and is currently a director with Royal Gold Inc.

James S. Voorhees, President & Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Voorhees is a seasoned mining executive with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Prior to taking on his current role as President and CEO of Tahoe in June 2018, Mr. Voorhees was an active member of Tahoe’s Board of Directors since the inception of the Company in 2010. Prior to Tahoe, Mr. Voorhees served as Chief Operating Officer of Glamis Gold Ltd. from 1999 to 2006 and held various senior management positions with Newmont Mining Corporation, Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corporation, and Western Mining Corporation. He has an extensive background in mine design, construction, operations and mine management at numerous properties around the world. Mr. Voorhees holds a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Nevada.

Elizabeth McGregor, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ms. McGregor is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and, prior to her current assignment, served as Tahoe’s VP Treasurer. She directs financial planning, corporate liquidity, financial reporting and risk management. Prior to joining Tahoe, she worked at Goldcorp Inc. where she held various financial roles including Director of Project Finance and Cost Control; Administration Manager at the Penasquito mine; and Director of Risk. Ms. McGregor began her career at KPMG as Audit Manager. She holds a B.A. (Hons) from Queen’s University at Kingston.

Edie Hofmeister, Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs & General Counsel

Ms. Hofmeister oversees the Company’s legal, administration and corporate social responsibility departments and serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She previously served as Corporate Counsel and General Counsel to a $2 billion bankruptcy trust from 2004 to 2006 in Reno, Nevada. From 1994 to 2001 she worked as an attorney at Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison, LLP, where she acted as senior litigation counsel to Exxon/Mobil, Shell and Imperial Oil Canada in complex environmental coverage cases. Ms. Hofmeister has worked since 2007 with indigenous groups in developing nations to promote reforestation and sustainable community life. She holds a B.A. from University California Los Angeles, an M.A. in international studies from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Dost Bardouille, Vice President Sustainability

Ms. Bardouille is Vice President Sustainability of Tahoe Resources, where she oversees global implementation and evaluation of social management programs, adherence to human rights, and sustainability reporting and transparency. Prior to Tahoe, she worked over ten years with the extractives industry, advising multinational companies including IAMGOLD, Sherritt, Torex, Inmet, Total, Suncor, Ocensa, and Maersk Drilling in the areas of social responsibility, stakeholder engagement and sustainability. She has contributed to and produced numerous articles and guidance on rights-based and conflict-sensitive approaches to responsible business practice. She previously worked on grassroots community development programs in Latin America and has taught ethics and leadership courses at the University of Washington. She holds an MPH in Global Health from the University of Washington and a BSE in Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Alexandra Barrows, Vice President Investor Relations

Ms. Barrows serves as Vice President Investor Relations for Tahoe Resources. She is responsible for the engagement of the investor community and key stakeholders as well as the development of all external communications for the Company. Prior to joining Tahoe, Ms. Barrows was a Director at HSBC Securities in New York, focused on Metals & Mining clients across the Americas. She spent 10 years at HSBC in progressively senior roles covering clients within the mining and resources sectors. She has extensive experience in corporate and project finance and capital markets within the mining sector. Ms. Barrows holds a B.A. from Wellesley College in Political Science and Philosophy. She also completed studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Brian Brodsky, Vice President Exploration

Mr. Brodsky is an economic geologist with more than 30 years of precious metals exploration experience. He worked from 2003 to 2010 for Goldcorp Inc. and its predecessor, Glamis Gold, as Exploration Manager, overseeing regional studies and detailed property assessments throughout Guatemala. His team was instrumental in the exploration and development of the Marlin and Cerro Blanco gold-silver deposits, as well as the grass-roots discovery and definition of the Escobal deposit. Prior to joining Glamis/Goldcorp, Mr. Brodsky explored for gold-silver, base metals and uranium deposits in various geologic environments for Rio Algom Ltd., Cordex and Cruson and Pansze. He holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Nevada.

Tom Fudge, Vice President Operations

Mr. Fudge leads the Company’s operations in South America. He previously served as Vice President Guatemala Operations and, prior to that, held the role of General Manager of the Escobal Mine. He has over 35 years’ professional mining experience primarily in precious metals. Before joining Tahoe, he held various key roles including Vice President Business Development for Alexco Resource Corp., Vice President Operations for Hecla Mining Company and President of Hecla Minera Venezolana. Mr. Fudge holds a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Mr. Fudge is a Qualified Person per Canadian National Instrument 43-101.

Mark Sadler, Vice President Sales & Marketing

Mr. Sadler is responsible for the advancement of the Tahoe’s growth projects, as well as the Company’s metals marketing division. He was previously Tahoe’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry having worked for Glencore Ltd. and Rio Tinto/Kennecott from 1990 to 2012 where he held various financial and commercial roles including General Manager Base Metal Concentrate Sales (Rio Tinto Copper), Director of Finance & Marketing / CFO (Kennecott Minerals Company) and Director of Raw Materials and Precious Metal Sales (Kennecott Utah Copper). Mr. Sadler began his career in 1985 at Grant Thornton LLP. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, an MBA from Westminster College and is a member of the Utah Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
